 Jen possesses excellent qualities that lend her to becoming a great life coach.  She has a natural confidence about her that still comes off as humble and nonjudgmental.  She listens with open ears and points out and reflects back to me things that are inconsistent between my goals and my actions or inaction.  She makes sure to recenter the conversation if it strays too long on a tangent but also humors some time spent exploring extraneous information.  Sometimes good info comes from going down new separate discussions.   Her questions are both well thought out but don’t feel canned.  They are organic questions responding to the conversation being had.  New information changes the path of direction in her questions.  Jen will be a natural coach, and I am sure she will soar high quickly after completing the training.
