In 1996, I stepped into my first clinical setting as a 17-year-old Student Nurse.  Over the next 30 years, nursing became more than a career—it became a HUGE part of who I am.  Life allowed me to leave the bedside on my 25 year anniversary with my employer.  While I miss direct patient care, I have completely fallen in love with Coaching.  

Like many of you, COVID brought profound changes to my life. Those changes ultimately gave me the space—and courage—to step away from the bedside and intentionally curate the second half of my life.

Through my Nurse Coach course (which included being coached myself), I experienced deep personal growth and healing.  Coaching helped me rebound from a terrible chapter and reconnect with my values, goals, and sense of purpose. Today, I am focused on creating the best version of myself—and I would love to help you do the same.  It's not easy, but you can do hard things!

What is Nurse Coaching?

Nurse Coaching is about growth, forward movement, and possibility.  Nurse Coaching blends nursing expertise with evidence-based coaching principles to support you to achieve your health and life goals.  Rather than telling you what to do, I partner with you to help you gain clarity, build momentum, and create sustainable change.

Getting started is simple and completely centered around you.

Following our 2 hours together, there is no pressure to continue working with me. I am here to support you, but if you are not ready for change, I can't do it for you. You can reach out when you are ready. Change is difficult and uncomfortable.

15 minute Clarity Call to discuss goals, set a direction for our 2 hours together, and make sure we click. 

Step 3:

After our 2 hours together, choose your path:

• Continue toward your goal on your own. Leave a review and tell your friends! I will check in every 3 months by email.  No pressure, no sales, no fluff.  I just want to help you be the best version of your self!

• Do most of the work on your own. Book an hourly session when you feel stuck or need accountability. I will be here when you need me!  

• You are motivated to crush this goal, but you need someone to walk with you during your journey. I, Coach Jen, would love to be your biggest fan!  I will provide a safe container for you to open doors that you have not been able to on your own.

3-Month Individual Wellness Coaching Container

Investment: $2,500

• 2 hour initial session

• 8 additional 1 hour sessions. We will meet weekly, except the last week of the month.  

• 15 minutes of email responses weekly.

• A supportive coaching experience focused on sustainable lifestyle changes, emotional wellness, confidence, and accountability. 

This container may include:

• Personalized wellness coaching

• Goal setting and habit support

• Text/email support between sessions

6-Month Intimacy & Relationship Coaching Container

Investment: $5,000

• 2 hour initial session

• 16 additional 1 hour sessions. We will meet weekly, except the last week of the month.

• A supportive coaching experience designed for engaged couples, newlyweds, or couples preparing for long-term partnership. This coaching container helps couples deepen emotional intimacy, strengthen communication, and intentionally build the foundation of their future together.

• Financial conversations & future planning

• Family values, children, and parenting philosophies

• 1 hour session

• One email followup within 3 days of our session.

• Cost of single hour sessions will be applied to 3 or 6 month coaching containers, if you decide you would like additional support.

• In need of an occasional "push" with supportive accountabliltiy
